Historic Highland Manor | Orlando Wedding Venue Spotlight!

Updated: Apr 17, 2022

What can you say about Highland Manor? It is one of the grandest, most beautiful, and most historic venues in all of Central Florida! We are truly lucky to work at Highland Manor many times during the course of the year, through our association with Dubsdread Catering, and we simply love everything about it!

There are so many details that make it evident why couples fall in love with the property. The giant moss-draped oak tree in the front is the most obvious, and plays host to nearly every ceremony performed at the Manor. Shading guests from the heat, the moss and branches swaying gently in the breeze, it is the perfect backdrop for photos and videos alike.

The lake on the property is the perfect destination for photos once the ceremony is complete, and many couples have recently opted to get a photo of all in attendance on the huge front porch!

Guests then move inside for cocktail hour in the windowed back portion of the house, looking out onto the lake while they enjoy appetizers and drinks from the talented Dubsdread wait staff. Once the wedded couple is done being photographed, they will make their entrance into the majestic Oak Room, where P.S. I Love You staff has laid out decor, linens, and everything else to the exacting specifications of the client.

One peek up the gorgeous stairwell reveals the quarters where the bride and her ladies prepare for the big day, while the gentlemen have their own room off the hallway where the party lines up for the processional.

Nary a single detail is astray when you choose to have your wedding at The Highland Manor, coordinated by P.S. I Love You Productions! Leave the worry behind, bask in the beauty of the ornate house, and join your guests in celebrating the first day of the rest of your life!
