Jennifer & Brian's Disney Fairytale Vow Renewal!

Cinderella's Castle in the background, leaving the ceremony in a horse-drawn coach, getting a visit from Mickey & Minnie, and the world's most amazing fireworks display... what else could you possibly need to make your Disney vow renewal the best day ever? Why, a wedding coordinator to make sure you have all the attention you deserve and make all those amazing details sing, of course!

Jennifer reached out to us in May, ahead of the vow renewal to her husband of 25 years, to make sure all the details would be perfect for their 3-day, 5 event masterpiece. She wanted someone who was focused on her personal decor items and the transitions between each setting and event (ceremony, reception dinner, and dessert/dancing) on the big day. This is hugely important when you're having a Disney wedding, because the Disney-supplied coordinators are not permitted to handle personal decor, nor do they allow those items in the park prior to the celebration.

We started by reviewing her 100+ page event order from Disney, looking for any details that had been missed or needed confirmation with the bride and groom. We worked tirelessly with Jennifer to make sure everything was exactly as she wanted it. All the work we put in with each of our clients leading up to their event really pays off on the big day, making for a smooth flow and easier ability to respond to any potential emergencies. This is a huge part of the preparation that goes into our Disney Fairytale Package.

The P.S. I Love You team got a very early start on the big day, meeting the lovebirds at their Wilderness Lodge room to pick up their personal decor. 25 years of memorabilia was being used throughout the various locations and needed to be brought into the parks, so we packed everything up carefully and made our way to the most magical place on Earth!

One of the biggest challenges to a multi-location Disney wedding is that the spaces can't be prepared and set with decor until after the park is cleared and ready. This can lead to some very tight setup times, and with Disney staff preparing the physical spaces, having a coordination team tending to your special decor and priceless items is the only way to have all the details just as you want them!

Jennifer and Brian had also purchased custom centerpieces from the Disney Art & Design team, and wanted to make sure certain guests received parts of those creations and the rest were kept for them. So our team made sure that every piece found its way into the intended hands before the guests left, then returned all the other decor and personal items to the bride and groom's hotel before the end of the night!

The first order of the day was Jennifer and Brian's ceremony in front of the Magic Kingdom, with their children acting as officiants! Once their vows were sealed with a kiss, they climbed aboard the magical horse-drawn carriage for the ride through the park to wave at the crowd of park-goers, in true King & Queen fashion.

The couple and their guests would reconvene later that afternoon at Epcot's incredible Italian Pavilion for their reception dinner and a front-row seat for the incredible park fireworks.

The fabulous evening's nightcap was just a short walk away at the China pavilion, where the couple and their guests danced and entertained a few very special guests, and an amazing cake documenting Jennifer and Brian's love of travel and their many adventures together.
