Tavares Pavilion on the Lake | Orlando Wedding Venue Spotlight!

Recently we traveled to Tavares in order to tour the gorgeous Tavares Pavilion on the Lake! We were in luck, as they had just decorated for Christmas, and you wouldn't believe how amazing it looks!

Flanked by giant moss-draped oak trees at the end of the pier, and the beautiful expanse of Lake Dora on the other three sides, there isn't a bad view on the property! The centerpiece of the venue is the giant brick pier leading up to the amazing dual-staircase-flanked entry doors. The pier can host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception depending on your needs from the space. Inside, there is a ballroom on each level, with lake-views from every window! Ideal for guest counts from 120-140 people, as many as 190 can be accommodated inside the building by using both upstairs and downstairs spaces. The bride's and groom's ready rooms are perfectly appointed to make preparing for the big day easy and enjoyable. The grand staircase is truly the centerpiece of the space, playing host to most of the vows performed here. The front staircase discreetly leads down from the second floor, and makes a perfect spot for first looks, private moments between the couple, and a longer walk down the aisle if desired by the bride. All venue rentals include espresso Chiavari chairs, and the beautiful burnished aircraft-aluminum tables, which need no linens at all if you love the look as much as we do!
